Sensei Ken is a lifelong martial artist with over 20 years of training and teaching experience. He holds a 4th Degree Black Belt in Kickboxing, a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Shorin-Ryu Karate, and a Black Belt in Taekwondo. His diverse background across striking arts has shaped a well-rounded, adaptable approach to teaching that emphasizes both discipline and personal growth.
As a coach, Sensei Ken is known for his results-driven yet compassionate style—combining technical precision with a trauma-informed, supportive approach that helps students build confidence, resilience, and self-awareness both inside and outside the dojo. Whether training competitive athletes or complete beginners, his focus remains the same: helping every individual reach their full potential safely and sustainably.
